Plywood sheets are about 1/4" smaller on each dimension due to saw blade kerf when cutting. Store sheets flat with weight on top to avoid warping. We've used this material in all of our machines and our customers have used it in many others.

We use this material in our laser shop every day.  We have found the wood core cuts much cleaner and faster than an MDF core, allowing us to make more product in a shorter amount of time.
