“No Foam” is simply a term coined during the time that standard leatherette had a faulty foam layer. LoneStar Adhesive took the time to improve the composition of that standard leatherette, and it is time to do the same with options available in the “no foam“ category.

These faux leather panels come in an array of colors to match any request your customer throws at you. Shipped ready for the laser, these panels are backed with the industry leading thermal activated adhesive Durra-Bull, unless you choose otherwise.

Panel dimensions are 12in x 24in & .8mm thick.

Note: Through thorough testing, we have found that the NO-FOAM version of the leatherette is the best option for adhering to beanies and other articles of clothing which may require occasional machine washing. For best results, engrave with little to no air and clean remaining char with LA Awesome (or something similar) and a brush.
